The XV Food Chemistry Meeting (XV EQA) - Strategies for Excellence, Authenticity, Safety and Food Sustainability - will take place in Funchal, Madeira Island, between 6-9 September 2020.
This event is directed to all scientists in the food, academy, industry, representatives of national and international agencies, control authorities, government and commercial laboratories and will address recent and emerging themes in Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Functional Foods , Bioactive Compounds, Nutrition, Ómica in food analysis, Authenticity and traceability of food, Food Safety, Mycotoxins, microplastics and allergens, Pesticide and drug residues, Data analysis in food science and Food Structure and Quality.
