On November 27th in the Canary Islands (La Laguna) took place the kick-off meeting for the MACBIOPEST-Macaronesian Botanical Biopesticides project. Prof. Paula Castilho, CQM's senior researcher, participated in this meeting where was discussed the specific objectives of the program, the corresponding activities and distributed responsibilities. A 3-hour course on Ethnobotany interview methodology and criteria was also given.
