The students presented the work developed during the Summer internship on July 8th, 2019.
This was a program promoted nationally by Ciência Viva (National Agency for Scientific and Technological Culture), which aimed to:

(b) encourage students to study science;
(c) disseminate the scientific research projects underway at the Madeira Chemistry Research Centre;
Thus, from 2 to 8 July 2019, 20 young people from secondary education (grades 10-12) undertook internships at the CQM, where they had the opportunity to participate directly in scientific research activities and to contact teachers and researchers directly.
The 2019 Youth Scientific Occupation program is funded by the National Agency for Scientific and Technological Culture.
