About the Course
Organized by Centro de Química da Madeira (CQM), the first edition of the NMR spectroscopy course will be held at University of Madeira, Funchal, Portugal, on 05th-07th of December 2011.
The course is open to CQM research staff and non-CQM researchers which include the 1st cycle Biochemistry students and the Applied Biochemistry master students of the University of Madeira, other UMa students, and members from companies.

Date and Venue
The course takes place at the NMR room - 0.95. The maximum number of participants is 18. The participants are divided into 6 groups (2 hours for each group, each group 3 students) as follows:
- 05.12.2011 from 10:00 – 12:00 and from 14:00 – 16:00
- 06.12.2011 from 10:00 – 12:00 and from 14:00 – 16:00
- 07.12.2011 from 10:00 – 12:00 and from 14:00 – 16:00

Fees
- CQM members (including Master and PhD students working at CQM): free of charge
- 1st Cycle of Biochemistry and 2nd Cycle of Applied Biochemistry (non-CQM master students): 25 Euros
- Other UMa students*: 50 Euros (*can benefit of a 50% discount if member of the Academic Association - AAUMa - requires the presentation of a copy of the associated card)
- Participants from outside of UMa or companies: 100 Euros
