CQM's Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Lab house's all of CQM's chromatography equipment including the only MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer in Madeira Island.

This lab also contains CQM's Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM).
