The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, welcome drinks, abstracts book, educational and promotional materials, identification card, conference dinner, coffee breaks and lunches throughout the MAD-Nano24 program and a certificate of attendance/participation. The registration fee for the Accompanying Person does not cover scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches but conference dinner is included.

INVOICES / PROFORMA INVOICES
Attendees that require an invoice or a proforma invoice to get their registration payment must contact the MAD-Nano24 Organization before buying the tickets - send e-mail to cqm.admin@mail.uma.pt.
Attendees must register at Yacooba.com.
BUY TICKETS
After registration, search for "MAD-NANO24" event (or click here), then select the desired ticket and add it to "My Cart" to proceed with the purchase.
Attendees eligible for the above mentioned discounts (see Fees Table) must previously request to the MAD-Nano24 Organization for the promo code before buying the tickets - given promo codes can then be applied on the purchase checkout.
With payment concluded tickets are sent to your e-mail address as a PDF document - save it for later check-in at the conference.
BILLING DETAILS
When buying tickets give attention on filling the billing details if different from attendee details.

Payment is available by Credit Card.
INFORMATION
The Yacooba.com platform allows also to book your flights and hotel (all in one), but these options are not mandatory to obtain the attendance tickets - travel and hotel bookings are managed by Yacooba and MAD-Nano24 Organization does not mediate this process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All the registration fees are paid in EUR (€).
- Bank charges or other taxes are not shared and must be supported by the participant.
- Refund Policy: Confirmed payments are subject to retention of administrative fees. All ticket purchases or registration payments are non-refundable after 31 October 2024. Any cancellations or refund requests made after this date will not be accommodated.
