FEES

Fees include registration, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, half-day excursion and conference dinner. Each registered participant has the right to submit a maximum of 2 abstracts (oral presentation/poster or poster/poster). 
Bank charges are not included as well as other services (like sending invitation letters by express mail).

(a) When confirmed by a letter from the student’s supervisor, as well as a copy of the student card or a declaration statement from the University where the student is registered (in English and stamped). 
(b) Accompanying Person: includes welcome drink, conference dinner, and half day excursion; it does not cover scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches.
(c) Lodging at the Conference Hotel, sea view room, 4 nights (14th - 18th July 2019), B/B. Main guest registration fee is included; for double occupancy registration fee for second guest must be added (Academia, Company or Accompanying Person). For other options attendees must book directly with the hotel.

REGISTRATION SUBMISSION

All participants must fill in and submit the online Registration Form. After submission, an automatic message (e-mail) will be sent confirming the reception of your registration and instructions to validate your registration. 
Make sure that you indicate your e-mail address correctly!

Note: If you do not have access to Google please use the manual registration by filling in the MS Excel Registration Template and submit it by e-mail to ids11@mail.uma.pt.

FEE PAYMENTS

Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. The organization will send a quotation by e-mail with the total amount to be paid and the procedures to make the payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All the registration fees must be paid in EUR (€).
- Bank charges or other taxes are not shared and must be supported by the participant (i.e.: we have to receive the full fee amount clear of all bank charges).
- All the names and the information must be clearly stated on the bank transfer. 
- Proof of payment must be sent as an attachment to ids11@mail.uma.pt for the Organizing Secretariat to trace and acknowledge payment.

CANCELATION REFUND

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by regular mail or e-mail) to the Organizing Secretariat. Confirmed payments are subject to retention of administrative fees. Contact us for further information.

INVOICES AND RECEIPTS

Receipts will be issued and delivered to attendees upon their arrival to the conference unless previously requested by participants to be sent by regular or electronic mail. Please contact us if you need the receipt in advance: ids11@mail.uma.pt.
