POSTER COMMUNICATIONS

INSTRUCTIONS

Dear author, please follow these guides to prepare your poster communications:

- Posters will be displayed on loop in 65” TV screens during coffee breaks and lunch hours, so there will be plenty of time for interesting debates.
- There is no need to bring your poster tubes, just send a file. 
- There will be no space for printed posters.
- Landscape format: maximum dimensions are 84 cm height x 145 cm width.
- Insert QRcode in the top left corner of your poster. 
- Make sure the ID of the presenting author is clearly visible. 
- You may wish to insert a picture of the presenting author. Send file in JPEG format (no other formats will be accepted) before October 12th. 
- We recommend that you also bring your file with you in a pen drive, just in case anything goes wrong.
