The social program includes an excursion and the conference dinner. These events are free for all registered participants and registered accompanying persons.

Friday, 13 April - from 15:00 to 18:30.
The half-day excursion will include a visit to one of the highest mountains in Madeira island, the Pico do Areeiro, following a visit to the Ribeiro Frio in the middle of the Laurel Forest (UNESCO World Natural Heritage status since 1999), and then a visit to the Ponta de São Lourenço, the eastern peninsula.
