CONFERENCE: “THE SCILIFELAB NMR PLATFORM IN UMEÅ: HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?”
The Madeira Chemistry Research Center (CQM) will organize the conference “The Scilifelab NMR platform in Umeå: How can we help you?”, to be presented by João Figueira (PhD, Department of Chemistry, Umeå University; Research Engineer for SciLifeLab) at the University of Madeira, Room 0.57, next 25th July 2016, 15h00.
REGISTRATION
Participants must make their registration here, until 24th July 2016.
ABSTRACT
The NMR spectroscopy platform at Umeå University is a part of both NMRforlife, an initiative within the Swedish NMR Center, and SciLifeLab, a national center for molecular biosciences. We can offer a wide range of services to facilitate research performed in research groups both in Sweden and, through collaborations, world-wide.
Our NMR platform consists of 5 different spectrometers ranging from 360 MHz up to 850 MHz and the high-field magnets are equipped with state of the art cryprobes and sample changers to provide high-throughput, high-quality spectral data in fields like structure biology, screening and metabolomics of both solid and liquid clinical samples. The platform covers all major NMR techniques and is connected to an international, highly collaborative NMR community. We are able to help you all the way from early stages of study design to data acquisition and analysis.
